Team Leadership
At Trust Wallet, leading the team was an interesting mix of performance improvements and process adjustments to drive speed and quality.
Role: Design Lead, managing a team of six designers across six squads and representing design within the product and engineering leadership group.
Leadership & Vision
For the design team, I built a Navy SEAL-style team with a ‘best of the best’ operating model to drive the highest levels of quality.
At Trust Wallet, I led a team of six designers across six squads, while also contributing as an IC where needed. My focus at Trust was to cover a number of areas, product, operations, team and skills, product strategy and bringing design thinking to the rest of the leadership team, and helping define how the product organisation operationalised design.
